Registration Policies
- Teams will be accepted on a first come – first serve basis.
- An online Team Reservation and a $100 deposit is required to reserve your team’s spot in the tournament.
- Your deposit will be refunded after the tournament if at least 12 players have registered and your team has participated and NOT forfeited any games in the tournament.
- Teams not registered with minimum players by November 1st may forfeit their spot to a team from the waiting list.
- Individual Player online registration will open in mid-September.
- A $10.00 late fee will be assessed for each player registering beginning November 1st
- All registration will be done online.
- When a Team Reservation is received, within 10 days, the team contact will be issued an online account to monitor and administrate the registration process for their team.
- Each 7v7 team MUST have a minimum of 12 players and a maximum of 18. NO ROSTERS OVER 18 PLAYERS!
- All teams in the Varsity & JV Divisions may have a MAXIMUM of 3 players not from their school. "Guest" players may ONLY be used if the player's "home" team has not entered.
- Teams in the Youth Divisions may have a maximum of 3 players NOT from their spring club. "Guest" players may ONLY be used if the player's "home" club has not entered.
- No ALL-STAR or Off-season Club teams permitted. School and Community based teams only for high school & youth divisions.
- All high school players MUST play on either JV or Varsity team regardless of age eligibility. This is especially important in the Boys 14U Division. Please respect the rule!!!
- Each player will be provided with a numbered game jersey that corresponds to his team’s roster. Teams will be identified by color and official shirts MUST be worn in each game.
- Players are responsible for bringing all required equipment. Boys must have a NOCSAE certified helmet, shoulder pads, armpads, gloves, sticks and mouthpiece. Girls must have NOCSAE certified goggles, stick and a mouthpiece.
- All youth & high school teams will play 7v7 games (2 attackmen, 2 midfielders, 2 defensemen, 1 goalie).
- A Certified Athletic Trainer will be on-site throughout the day.
- A full concession stand will be available throughout the day.
